- Lead the Procurement Team to ensure all the Purchase Orders of materials or products are delivered according to deadline, quality, and within budget
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate specifications and purchase
- Execute critical purchases, especially construction materials
- Initiate procurement process improvements in terms of efficiency and costs
- Organize procurement and material databases
- Oversee material inventory and stock
- Ensure on-time delivery of Owner Supplied Materials (OSM)
- Maintain Owner Supplied Materials inventory
- Prepares periodic reports related to purchasing and inventory control
- Expand the vendor network and discover profitable suppliers
- Manage vendor accreditation (suppliers credibility and government compliance)
- Negotiate advantageous terms with the suppliers and consultant (esp. payment terms )
- Review and possibly improve existing contracts
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Evaluate team performance and report department's performance
- Ensure long-term vendor relationships rooted in respect and trust
- Practice supply chain expertise
- Assist on document management of construction team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5-10 years of proven Procurement Management
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Great negotiations skills
- Large network of suppliers
- Excellent decision-making
- Experienced data analysis and presentation
- Excellent leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
