The Procurement Officer is expected to support and execute the following tasks:
- Review and process Purchase Orders by meeting deadlines, securing quality products or materials, and cost within budget
- Receive purchases and ensure quality of materials or products by coordinating with the respective departments (as needed)
- Receives, inspects, and distributes merchandise to requestors; files damage claims with vendors if applicable
- Organize procurement and material databases
- Maintain material inventory and identify necessary stock
- Prepares periodic reports related to purchasing and inventory control
- Source and engage reliable suppliers and vendors to expand vendor network (check their credibility and government compliance)
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms (esp. payment terms)
- Build and maintain professional long-term relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Conducts on-site inventory listings for all delivered materials and equipment
- Assist on document management of construction team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pleasing personality
- Familiar with the procurement processes
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
