Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Administrative Assistant will be a major support to the day--to-day administrative operation of the agency reporting directly to the General Manager. Main tasks are:
- Welcoming all external guests visiting the agency
- Answering phone calls
- Logging all calls and documents received
- Keeping phyiscal order of the office premises
- Monitoring all daily deliveries
- Reporting all office fixes that needs attention
Will also assist the Financial Officer in all administrative function needed. We want someone who is goal-oriented and very flexible. Someone who can grow with us.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
