Our partner is the largest traffic control, traffic management and road maintenance services company in Australia and New Zealand. They are currently looking for a Business Development Coordinator. He/she will coordinate tender and bid submissions; ensuring that all documentation for tenders and bids is completed on-time, accurately and to a high standard.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ongoing development and update of the tender/bid library; ensuring information is up-to-date and valid.
- Support Business Development team by actioning client and internal requests received through email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Collate and report on all submitted bids and tenders via Salesforce.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
Core Competencies:
- Experience in general administration, reporting and document management, preferably within a Business Development function.
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and passion for delivering work to a high standard.
- Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities, and deliver to deadlines.
- Proven team oriented approach to work, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and co-ordinate information flows within the team and with other business areas.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated drive and initiative, with a proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of core remit.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.
