IT Support Specialist  

Provides IT Support and attend to user degradation issues within SLA.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage IT Ticketing Systems for documentation purposes.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve IT-related concerns.
• Monitor and maintain all necessary IT infrastructure and Systems.
• Able to work / collaborate with Vendor whenever necessary.
• Help in the development of IT Systems for process automation.
• Attend to user queries and requests in all technology and work-related matters based on IT SLA.
• Work with System Administration / Network Administration in IT Infrastructure updates.
• Work with Database Administrator during systems patches and deployments.
• Coordinate all changes, requests and updates to IT Manager.

Secondary Role:

• Works with Application Administration in developing pocket in-house programs.
• Works with Application Administration in maintaining database and in-house applications or out-source applications (i.e. POS)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years previous work-related experience. 2 years of previous work-related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated excellence in time management skills.
• Background or experience in MS SQL, Dev tools (DotNet, PHP, C#)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.

• Ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
