Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position is primarily responsible for the development, recommendation, administration, and implementation of an effective recruitment, selection and placement program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develops, recommends, and administers the recruitment, selection and placement process to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Reviews forms/ documents/ memos being utilized and recommend revisions, as needed
- Recommends appropriate test materials/battery of tests for procurement to effectively screen applicants according to the material’s cost, relevance, validity, and reliability
- Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement, and transfer
- Handles end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to job placement of various positions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of B.S./A.B. Psychology, B.S. Human Resources Management/Personnel Management, any Social Science course
- At least three (3) years of work experience, with in-depth knowledge of Psychometrics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Advance communication skills in both oral and written skills
- With advance knowledge in excel
- Experience in project management can be an advantage
- Willing to work in Makati
