Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The position is primarily responsible for managing the executive payroll and administration of personnel file and Executive Human Resources Information System (EHRIS). It also handles the annual administration of the Pay Grade Qualification System (PGQS) for Executives. The position coordinates and facilitates the resolution of executive issues and concerns regarding compensation and benefits.

A. Payroll Administration

  • Validates reports on Certificates of Attendance (COA) for payroll purposes
  • Receives from Accounting Department notice of salary deductions to be reflected in payroll accounts
  • Generates payroll summary prooflists
  • Processes payments for non-ATM accounts
  • Monitors deductions being effected to managers’ salaries
  • Prepares bank transaction report and forwards the same to Treasury Division for submission to the bank
  • Conducts annual review and update of pay grade of Executives in coordination with Human Resources Division

B. Benefits Administration

  • Prepares benefits report of PJLI and Affiliate Managers such as 13th month pay, guaranteed incentives, performance incentives, etc. to be submitted to the Chief Administrative Office (CAO)
  • Prepares bank transaction report of managers’ incentives and forwards the same to Treasury Division for submission to the bank

C. Processing and Documentation for Incoming and Outgoing Managers and Officers

  • Processes appointment papers for incoming managers
  • Conducts orientation on payroll matters to newly appointed managers
  • Documents new assignments, transfers, promotion, regularizations and salary adjustments of managers

D. Executive Human Resource Information System (EHRIS) Administration

  • Encodes data in the EHRIS with information regarding officer’s personal data, new assignment, transfer, promotion, regularization, salary adjustment, sanction/infraction, commendation, etc.
  • Monitors leave balances updates in the EHRIS
  • Prepares and download payroll files to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Graduate of any Social Science course or any business-related course
  • At least two (2) years of work related experience
  • With realated experience in Executive Human Resources Information System, Payroll processing, Compensation and Benefits administration.
  • Experience handling people is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • Can start ASAP.
