Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Training & Development
Identifies training needs and implements training programs. The training program will enhance knowledge and skills of the agency leaders and agents which leads to the attainment of sales goal. - Recruitment of Agency Force
Ensure the effective implementation of the recruitment program in all areas of operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years work experience in Sales Training & Development
- Exposure in Life Insurance is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and group handling skills
- Must be fluent in Chinese
- Position will be based in Chinatown, Manila
