Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Training & Development - identifies training needs and implements training programs. The training program will enhance knowledge and skills of the agency leaders/agents that will lead to the attainment of sales goal.
- Recruitment of Agency Force – ensure the effective implementation of the recruitment program in all areas of operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years work experience in Sales Training & Development
- Exposure in Life Insurance is a plus but not a requirement
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Full Time positions available ( Chinatown, Iloilo, Gen San)
