Talent Acquisition Specialist  

• Receives Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) and makes sure that the form is properly accomplished and approved.
• Handles job posting, placement of ads and all sourcing activities.
• Handles initial and in-depth interviews.
• Schedules applicants for pre-screening tests.
• Administers and scores Company pre-employment screening tests.
• Coordinates applicants’ test result with concerned hiring parties including the branches.
• Handles formal job offer to candidates for non-officer positions.
• Ensures completion of accepted applicants’ pre-employment requirements and medical results.
• Prepares appointment contracts and 201 files for newly hired employees.
• Updates the job description (JD) and functional table of organization (FTO) as a result of hiring.
• Prepares and sends regret letters to applicants who did not qualify for the position applied for.
• Prepares an active file of qualified applicants for future reference.
• Prepares a notice of expiration/extension of contract agreement at least one (1) month before the end of a contract.
• Monitors Performance Appraisal documentation prior to regularization.
• Prepares regularization papers.

• Must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related courses
• Preferably with at least 1-year experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle
• With good oral and written communication skills
