Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for the analysis, development, design, implementation and deployment of AHEAD Technical programs for the Meats Operations and Farm Sales Team. In this capacity, the specialist will be tasked to communicate, monitor, and coordinate all training content development with all stakeholders in ensuring completion of all instructional and training designs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably Meat Science or Behavioral science.
- With at least one (1) to two (2) years of thorough work experience in the related field.
- Has working knowledge of Training Analytics and in Module/Curriculum Development
- Has good personal sense of leadership and initiative
- Working knowledge in Training Needs Analysis is a plus
- Willing to be assigned either in Dau, Mabalacat and/or Tarlac
