Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Facilities Manager takes the lead in setting priorities, process, governance routines and risk management to drive delivery of internal customer satisfaction, guest services, maintenance services, flight and transport services and safety. The facilities manager supervises staff and is in charge of the budget and negotiates with outside vendors for supplies, repairs, and other measures.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day relationships and service provision of land and air transportation, cleaning, general maintenance, courier, suppliers for office, cleaning, kitchen
- Supervise all staff facilities staff and external contractors
- Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies
- Keep financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5-7 year managerial experience in administration and facilities
- Experience in handling Agile working environment project, a plus
