We are looking for talented individuals who are looking at a promising career with one of the top Filipino owned and operated BPOs. You will be assisting customers by providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems from our international clients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist customers with their concerns and complaints.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be well-versed in written and oral English
- Computer Literate
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Experience working in a call center company.
- Open to work in shifting schedules.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Quiapo, Manila.
- Available to work immediately.
