Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Secures from the school’s assigned officer information and date for account creation for students, faculty and administration.
- Assists in the use of the Phoenix Collaborative Learning Environment (CLE).
- Serves as a custodian for the PPHI computer hardware (tablet computers, wifi networking devices and local server) and performs related functions such as tablet inventory, troubleshooting and reporting of hardware and network issues.
- Coordinates school visits, schedule of training and other activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a graduate of a four-year course in Information Technology/Computer Science or Multimedia.
- With at least one year of experience.
- Proficient in basic programming, basic hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Confident, patient, and able to withstand pressure.
