Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Exclusively promote and offer premium residential products
- Head and support a team of Property Specialists
- Handle client issues, resolution and communicates escalated issues to the Unit Manager; assist Property Specialists to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Work seamlessly with Property Specialists to develop strategies to attract, maintain and round potential clients.
- Coordinate team activities and special projects to ensure the quality of work and meet agreed timetables.
- Establish team goals and conduct regular/periodic performance reviews.
- Achieve the required sales target on a monthly basis.
- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Senior Division Manager.
- Recruit and train Property Specialists.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably Business-related courses or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related experience from industries such as but not limited to Real Estate, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Banking, and Finance, etc.
- Proven leadership and ability to handle Property Specialists
- Effective selling techniques for problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ready to bring in Property Specialist recruits
- Highly presentable
