Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Exclusively promote and offer premium residential products.
- Head and support a team of Unit Managers and Property Specialists.
- Drive and achieve business growth by developing, motivating and leading the sales team.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Plan, develop and implement excellent sales strategy.
- Meet the set sales quota for the division.
- Establish team goals and conduct regular/periodic performance reviews.
- Submit periodic lead generation, sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
- Recruit and train Unit Managers and Property Specialists.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any Bachelor’s degree preferably Business-related courses or equivalent
- Preferably licensed Broker with 5 years of related experience from industries such as but not limited to Real Estate, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Banking, and Finance, etc.
- Proven leadership and ability to train and drive sales team to achieve sales targets
- Effective selling techniques for problem- solving and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and local languages
- Good presentation skills, attention to details and strong interpersonal skills
- Ready to bring in Unit Managers and Property Specialist recruits
