Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Major Responsibilities:
- Assist the community associations in processing document/s required to avail units in Socialized Housing projects
- Conduct community research, data gathering and profiling
- Establish relationship with NGO, LGU, and other government agencies
- Works with Community Management Group (CMG) Team to install and implement Community Development and Estate Management system in SOHO projects
- Facilitate the implementation of various projects and programs in the community such as livelihood projects and housing programs through the partnership with various government agencies
- Prepare, coordinate and facilitate leadership training seminar to community leaders
Kualifikasi Minimum
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Community Development, Social Work, Sociology or other social science courses
- With at least 1 year experience in the related field
- Can deal with different government agencies & community associations
- Knowledgeable in community research, data gathering and profiling
- Equipped with skills in conducting training (e.g. Livelihood, Leadership…)
- Can deal with different types of people; With excellent presentation skills
- Has an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- Must be willing to do field works
