AMG Coordinator (CEBU)  

Job Function:As a Documentation Coordinator, you will be responsible in the over-all coordination activities with the outsourcing company, financing institution and government institution to meet the company’s targets and objectives in terms of booking and take-out.

You are expected to:

• In-charge on the approval of credit and evaluation/computation issued to the buyer
• Ensure documentation meets the standards of the company to maintain zero return of housing applications from HDMF and accredited banks
• Conduct coordination meeting with the outsourcing company twice a month to ensure accounts are being processed within the time frame
• Provide accurate master list and weekly report on the schedule and actual delivery of accounts to HDMF and accredited banks for loan approval & take-out
• Submit list of accounts for initial booking every 15th and final booking every 30th of the month
• Prepare request for payments from approval of a loan to transfer of title into the buyer’s name
• Prepare notification of take-out and move-in
• Regularly coordinate with the head office all updates and concerns pertaining to the project

To qualify for the position, you must:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any business related course
• Has 2-3 years supervisory experience end-to-end documentation process for a home loan (bank, lending institution or HDMF)
• Previous experience in HDMF, Banks or other financial institutions is an advantage
• Client-focused and results-oriented
• A local resident of Cebu City
