Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Treasury Operations Officer will:
- Understand, manage and supervise all aspects of the daily cash flows of the Company
- Prepare and understand cash flow forecasts
- Review and analyze cash flows and financial statements.
- Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements for treasury operations of the company
- Manage and develop cash management staff
- Assist in financing negotiations.
- Maintain and build relationships with counterparties from banks
Kualifikasi Minimum
The potential candidate must have the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields:
- Management Engineering.
- Economics.
- Business Administration.
- Commerce.
- Accounting.
- At least three (3) year of work-related experience, preferably gained in banking or treasury operations, in a supervisorial or managerial capacity
- Exposure in cash management systems and forecasts, the stock market, project financing, and handling joint-venture agreement.
- Above average analytic, strategic, and presentation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Excellent traits such as:
- Hardworking.
- Patient.
- Team-player.
- Willingness to work longer hours if necessary.
- Willingness to work in Makati City.
