Operations Liaison  

Busy, fast paced, results – oriented, client centered, growing geodetic engineering office specializing in land surveying: relocation, topographic, subdivision, as-built and route surveys.

Responsibilities and work environment include:

• Read and analyze where to get documents such as Titles, Survey Plans, Lot Data Computations, Tax Maps and Tax Declarations
• Request documents from RD, LRA, LMS, LMB, NAMRIA, etc.
• Encoding Technical Descriptions
• Scanning, stitching and documentation of researched documents
• Assist Surveyor
• Help Survey Assistant I and II in their work
• Assist Surveyor on site
• Acts as Forwarder or Backsighter on site

Training to become a contracted full time employee to those accepted and are willing to be trained. One of the company’s top priorities is to make the work place fun. • Experience with any engineering firm is a plus
• Must be familiar with Microsoft office, Cad, Windows and Google applications
