Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Program planning and implementation of Health Services
- Assess needs and problems of the communities
- Organized, prepare, conduct training and dissemination information on Red Cross services
- Monitor and evaluate program implemented within the chapter to ensure successful delivery of the services in target communities;
- Consult with the Chapter Administrator and coordinate with the Chapter staff and volunteers to ensure an organized and collaborated delivery programs along with the other services;
- Consult with the offices at National Headquarters to keep abreast of developments and to keep chapter service activities in line with their plans and activities with prior approval of Chapter Administrator
- Prepare monthly and annual comprehensive accomplishment report for submission to the Chapter Administrator and at National Headquarters
- Seeks for the improvements of services deliveries through sound recommendations, suggestions, proposals and innovations
- Assist in fostering healthy relationships with the Chapter and other organizations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse preferrably
- Minimum of 1 year experience in training facilitation or capacity building
- Experience in community-based program/project management
- Experience with PRC as a staff member or volunteer preferred (or similar humanitarian organization)
- Project management or coordination experience an advantage
