Food Security and Livelihood Officer | Surigao del Norte  

To lead the project implementation of the food security and livelihood intervention under the 3FM Youth Project in Surigao Chapter delivered by the Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the Netherlands Red Cross

• Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly detailed activity implementation plans on food and security livelihood interventions
• Ensure timely and high quality delivery of food security and livelihood interventions in accordance with the annual work plan
• Facilitate community mobilization, participatory assessment, opportunities and demand in local area
• Ensure procedures are properly followed in selection of beneficiaries
• Strengthen network and linkages at municipality and province level with all program implementing food secuirty and livelihood interventions
• Develop systems, procedures, tools, associated methodologies for the implementation of food security and livelihood activities
• Support the production of materials such as presentations, annual reports, training materials

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Production or related courses
• Minimum of 4 years' relevant working experience in food security and livelihood
• Experience working with farmers groups, youth livelihood groups, cooperatives, community facilitators or private actors in agribusiness
• Preferably with relevant training in the areas of agriculture, pest control, food security, sustainable agriculture, and livelihood
