Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support on LOGIC Database Management and Warehousing of the Emergency Field Hospital Readiness Project.
- Maintain a detailed account analysis with coresponding monthly list of inventories.
- Report on the status of storage and maintenance of Emergency Field Hospital.
- Train a pool of Philippine Red Cross volunteers to assist on wareouse operations.
- Maintain Emergency Field Hospital inventory and report on status pertaining to the state of Emergency Field Hospital equipment.
- Provide local coordination for the reception, repair, replacement, and replenishment of Emergency Field Hospital modules.
- Assist the project team in the purchases, procurements, and conduct of canvasses.
- Prepare the comparative bids analysis for suppliers/services.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse management.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross Staff Member/Volunteer or with a similar Humanitarian organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, and PPT.
