Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The National Project Officer will manage the implementation of the Health Services projects in Nueva Vizcaya and Aurora delivered by the Philippine Red Cross in partnership with the Japanese Red Cross. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Be responsible for the over-all implementation and monitoring of the health projects.
- Manage staff, financial, and administrative transactions in accordance with PRC standards and donor requirements.
- Facilitate project monitoring and evaluation requirements.
- Provide technical advice guidance in the implementation of the project activities.
- Prepare monthly progress reports, logistics and financial reports of the projects
- Coordinate and support Project and Chapter Staff to deliver activities as per the agreed work plan.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or any related course.
- At least 2 years of work experience in project/program development and management.
- Experience in community-based health programs.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer.
- Previous engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage.
