Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To manage a Philippine Red Cross Chapter, leading and supporting Chapter staff and volunteers in the delivery of Philippine Red Cross programs and services based on the needs of the community with a focus on fund generation.
- Development and implementation of a Chapter fund generation strategy
- Management of Chapter staff, volunteers, programs services and relief operations
- Recruitment, engagement and retention of volunteers
- Organize and coordinate community benefitting activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Social Science, Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member/volunteer or with a similar humanitarian/not for profit organization.
- Excellent business acumen, reporting and problem solving skills.
- Experience in program development, management and delivery
