Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for client servicing and client acquisition.
- Generates revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services; and maintain a healthy dealer-client relationship
- Serve as the direct link between the company and the existing client managing day- to- day affairs and ensurung customer satisfaction
- Monitoring of Sell-outs
- Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts/dealers.
- Supervise promoter's performance
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to team
- Maintains contract with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
- Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
- Monitor local competitors
- Any other Ad-Hoc task given by the Regional Sales Manager
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing
- Applicants must be willing to assigned in the areas of Binondo, Manila, Caloocan, Malabon and Valenzuela.
- Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Informing/Training Others, Verbal Communication
- Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Meeting Sales Goals
- Must have excellent communication skills.
