Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Primarily tasked to develop a superior workforce through, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the standard recruitment and hiring process necessary for an effective and efficient workforce
- Lead in the administration of healthy company – employee relationship by providing a positive working environment
- Plan and oversee the proper implementation of Human Resources policies and programs
- Must be knowledgeable with company wage, salary structure, and variable pay systems within the company including raises and bonuses
- Coordinate and implement training programs using in-house resources or through third party trainers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Wide knowledge in Labor Law is required.
