Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Roams from the area for about 3 time a week.
- Makes sure able to finish the repairs of the customers within an hour, and to finish the repairs of dealers within 3 days.
- Ensures to fill up the service forms correctly.
- Ensures the quality of the repair, and tracking the feedback of the clients.
- Assists front desk in answering technical questions made by clients.
- Solves clients’ questions and complaints with efficiency, and have a record of the special cases.
- Updates and transmints technical information, and tracking of the quality feedback.
- Assists warehouse personnel in reporting materials and parts shortage, and the management of warehouse materials and parts.
- Assists front desk in entering and checking of the receipts and forms, and making feedback in the problems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering -(Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- 1 Year(s) of working experience in smart phone maintenance.
- Required Skill(s):
- Repair smart phone
- Reformatting
- Main board and parts replacement
- Microsoft Office
- 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on minimal supervision.
- Has the dedication and motivation to work under pressure.
- Initiates in welcoming and assisting clients and guests
