Event Officer and Planner  

1. Responsible for the creating and implementing programs exclusively for OPPO Retail Management nationwide that would help the sales team to reach the target.

2. Preparation of budget, event's checklists, giveaways, raffle prizes and in coordination w/ internal departments such as; Brand, National Concept Store, Rockspace, Merchandising and Training Department.

3. Conceptualizes ideas and strategic plans align w/ the objectives of the company and Retail Director w/ short and long term plans.

4. Look for corporate partnerships to create a meaningful branding of OPPO and maximization of high competition in the market.

5. Gathering of data of competitors’ event monthly and yearly and other ideas that would help the sales team to improve sales.

6. Visibility Management

1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Management/Marketing or equivalent.

2. Must have at least 1-2 years on the related field.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)

4. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

5. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

7. Strong logical thinking ability and overall planning ability.

8. With project management skills in the world of social media and technology.

9. Someone can think out of the box ideas.
