Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- This position will be responsible for understanding customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Drive marketing activities like product launches, promotional activities, trips, including working with sales team, managers, and technical team. Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on his/her industry experience and contact with customers and prospects and collaborate well with other departments in the company.
- Work creatively and pragmatically to conserve resources and engage the product’s potential audience. Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on product development are important in this role.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agribusiness or related course.
- At least 2-3 years of marketing or product development experience is required for this position
- At least 2 years experience in the animal industry
- Having experience in industrial marketing is an advantage.
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
