Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
- Compose letters, memos and emails
- Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and monitoring pending business transactions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College diploma
- 2+ years’ clerical experience is an advantage
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data processing preferred
- Knowledge of specific software programs, including Word, Excel, SAP, Timelink
- Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar
- Able to work independently
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Our programs are engineered to develop the next generation MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) members on their first year in the program. MDRT makes up of only the Top 3% of Financial Services professionals worldwide. Well-versed, and only the best individuals in Risk-Management and Investment Allocation acumen.
Second year of the program is geared towards Management and Leadership. The MDRTs will now become Associate Unit Managers and be able to create and manage their own team the right way. Developing their mentees to be MDRTs and future leaders as well.
Moving forward, the Associate Unit Managers will full blown Unit Managers, and will be elevated year on year to eventually become District Managers in five (5 years) and the new pillars of the company moving forward.
