MDRT makes up of only the Top 3% of Financial Services professionals worldwide. Well-versed, and only the best individuals in Risk-Management and Investment Allocation acumen. Second year of the program is geared towards Management and Leadership. The MDRTs will now become Associate Unit Managers and be able to create and manage their own team the right way.
