Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Sourcing, calling out candidates, scheduling and coordination
- Utilize online platforms in recruitment Assist in filing pertinent office documents
- Maintenance of Applicant DataBase Assist on blasting job posting in different social media platforms
- Other ad hocs that may be assigned
- Social Media Posting of HR related activities (content writing)
- Assist in business development
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be currently enrolled and taking up a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Must have an endorsement letter and Memorandum of Agreement from the OJT Coordinator/Professor/Dean
- Must have a laptop or computer and stable internet connection
- Proficient in the MS Office Applications (i.e., Word, PPT, Excel)
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
