Recruitment Specialist  

Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting initial and final interview for agent hiring and supporting meeting net throughout targets per site, per program and geography.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial and final interviews for the agent post.
• Conducts mock calls and other profiling steps to determine the program fit of the candidate.
• Sets expectations with the candidate regarding job responsibilities and the like.
• Conducts offsite interviews in job fairs, job caravans.
• Attends and conducts calibration sessions.
• Monitor individual performance of candidates, from training to graduation.
• Submit hiring reports as needed.
• Coordinate with the Operations Director and the Trainer regarding recruitment strategies, training programs and company strategic plans
• Act as the Account Manager for the Sales/Travel account as well as the vendors.
• Collects application documents as well pre-employment requirements.

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any business-related course;
• At least 2 years of working experience, with strong exposure in volume recruitment and BPO recruitment;
• Solid working knowledge of recruitment process of contact centers, preferably of a sales or travel account;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino;
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule;
