Accounts Payable Finance Supervisor  

Summary:

The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee an accounts payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and other related accounts and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
• Develop guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense accounts.
• Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment
• Reconciles accounts payable, individual reimbursement, rental-related accounts, and other assigned accounts.
• Monitor the reimbursement of the region.
• Conduct training to region and HQ if necessary.
• Monitor the rental team. Do reconciliation of related accounts
• Review and update the policies related to reimbursement, payment vouchers, and rentals.
• Review contract of lease contracts for payment.
• Assist in the preparation of reports required by HQ.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

• May work for long hours and be required to do fieldwork.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the management.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions
• Excellent supervisory and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to motivate staff

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science and Accountancy
• Must have three or four years of accounting experience with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity
