Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Employee Data Management: Maintains, checks and updates employee data in the HR database (ON) and Peoplesoft (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

2. Data Entry: Enter new hire information, terminations, promotions and other relevant employee data into the HR database (ON) accurately and in timely manner.

3. Issues employee number – for the newly hire, rehire and reinstated employees.

4. Validates and verify employment status changes to ensure correctness and supports payroll of any discrepancy.

5. Assists in checking the requirements of new hires and file in their respective 201 file.

6. Documentation: 201 filing and safekeeping (both hard and scanned copies), prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, confidentiality agreements, Personal Action Notice, and other forms.

7. Validates and verify new hire employee mandatory numbers.

8. Facilitates new hires payroll account opening.

9. Supports Comp & Ben team to resolve of any mandatory invalid and duplicate numbers.

10. Assists recruitment team if needed (pre- and post-employment)

11. Constantly communicates, coordinates and collaborate with all the areas to support and exchange data (e.g. 2316) or information needed.

12. Auditing: Conduct periodic audits of employee data (201 and HR database) to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors.

13. Employment Verification: done thru phone, and maintain strict confidentiality of employee’s data.

14. Generate weekly, bi weekly, monthly and annual reports.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in a program of study related to Management, Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year related experience to Human Resources.
  • 2 years relevant experience on Data Management
  • Above average oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience on handling HRIS.
