BAP Relationship Manager Priority is a 12 months fast-track training program for the best young talents to directly contribute to bank’s growth revenue that involving in-class and on-the job training. Graduates from this program will be placed in sales department to acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with existing and prospective priority customers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking sales
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services
- Enjoy Networking
- Have good communication & negotiating skills
- Certified WPPE – preferable
- Willing to work at Jabodetabek, Semarang, Surabaya, Manado, Makassar, Balikpapan & Medan
