Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible to fulfill the recruitment target
- Participate in end to end recruitment process
- Responsible to manage all activity recruitment and mitigation risk
- Screening CV from several sources for recruitment and update in database
- Mapping talent in region to find the best candidates
- Build a strong relationship with HR Partners and users
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Homebase Medan
- Have 3 years min experiences in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, especially in banking
- Min Bachelor degree in reputable university
- Have a good knowledge in HR Banking industry
- Good in English both written & speaking
- Good interpersonal skill
- Strong with initiative and can do attitude
