Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The position will be responsible for developing, leading, executing, and coordinating (with all concerned functional groups) and monitoring Sales and Distribution plans & programs of his teams within corporate strategies and parameters with the objective of achieving sales targets.
- Set objectives and monitor results following the TU Principles in order to attain sales and productivity targets.
- Set, execute, and monitor plans and programs in order to achieve distribution and productivity targets.
- Execute and monitor the implementation of national and local marketing programs of his territory teams in order to promote product presence and awareness and generate sales.
- Plan, Monitor and Control, Discounts, Deals, DIPs, Concessions, Powered Coolers, EDS Fees, S & D Controllable Fixed Costs, and other marketing spending and Credit in order to maximize utilization thereof.
- Select, evaluate, motivate and train subordinates in order to build and sustain a competent sales force.
- Prepare AOP, Forecasts & Tactical Plans in order to build and grow his territory teams’ business.
- Implements business partner management processes and tools in order to ensure sustained profitability of AS&D Operators and partners.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree holder- business management, marketing, commerce, or any related 4-year course;
- Minimum of four (4) years in sales management, marketing and or finance; preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) and/or beverage and food industry;
- With experience handling and managing people;
- Has field sales management experience with minimum 3 years in traditional trade/distributor or account management;
- With knowledge in the market dynamics for consumer goods;
- Understands key financial indicators;
- With proven leadership and ability to drive a sales team;
- With excellent communication, presentation, & negotiation skills;
- Willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija.
