Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proven experience in leading software development teams, as a manager, project manager or equivalent, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality
- Constant focus on continuous improvement activities, including the collection and trending of key data points, as well as defining improvement plans.
- Spearhead the successful adoption and execution of best practices including, but not limited to unit testing, design/code reviews, static and dynamic code analysis, technical debt prevention, cloud adoption, etc.
- Participle in the evaluation of emerging technology and tools with the understanding of how they can be leveraged across our teams.
- You will be responsible for full lifecycle of software engineering project (planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of the targets) within agreed quality, time, budget, and other agreed KPIs/SLAs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical leadership and team management experience.
- Experience working with the full Microsoft technology stack, including .NET 4.5, C# ,SQL Server, ASP.NET 4.5 (MVC 5) and Web API.
- Modern design pattern experience.
- Experience with UI development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, AngularJS and Bootstrap.
- Applied knowledge and passion for unit/integration testing frameworks, such as xUnit, nUnit, Moq, etc.
- Experience using source control, build and deploy management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), GIT
