Motion Graphics Designer  

Tactical is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer. You’ll be working closely with the Creative and Social team, so you’ll need to bring the cool, and the skills, to deliver game-changing experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of something epic, so we want someone who thinks big.

As part of the visual core of the agency, you will be expected to:

• Have a solid background in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and most importantly After Effects. Experience in Maxon Cinema 4D or any other program that makes 3D things fly, break and explode is a BIG plus
• Strong visual and conceptual skills are essential (this will be judged by your showreel), but this must be coupled with technical ability behind the computer. As well as a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, scripts, plugins, etc
• Be up to date with current design trends and always on the lookout for new techniques, styles and cool shiny things
• Be familiar with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms. And the technical specifications and best practices for each of them. Knowledge of web standards and codecs is a must
• Love working as part of a creative team, bouncing ideas off of each other to produce the best possible work. You will also participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions so communication is key
• Work with the Social and Creative team on conceptualizing, designing and animating 2D animation and video editing projects
• Maintain an organized file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files and cat pictures on the central storage space
• Work across multiple projects and pitches simultaneously
• Respond to in-house & client feedback in a professional and timely manner

• With at least 2-3 years related work experience
• Experienced with conceptualizing, designing and animating 2D animation and video editing projects
• Familiar with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms
