Online Travel Agency (OTA) Manager  

This is for South Asia’s largest hospitality group with presence across 230 cities and currently operating 3000+ hotels in India, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Nepal. A company that pioneered and revolutionized the fragmented and legacy-driven budget hospitality space by enabling standardization of services, amenities and in-room experience.

Philippines is the third country that this company has launched in Southeast Asia after Malaysia and Indonesia. Some of the other markets scheduled to be launched later this year includes Singapore, Vietnam & Thailand.

We are looking for a passionate individual who can be a part of the Business Development team in the Philippines. The position will be based in Manila, however, the candidate may be required to travel to other cities in Philippines if there is a business need.

• Auditing all the hotels, reviews, ratings and content in OTAs
• SPOC from the company, liaising with all the OTAs, solving their queries
• Analysing the data from the OTAs and suggesting improvements for hotels in increasing their ratings/reviews

• Strong willingness to work with different OTAs
• 3-6 years of experience working with an OTA (Booking, Expedia, Agoda etc)
• High on ownership and go getter attitude
• Good communication and inter personal skills
• Problem solving ability, data driven and ability to work in MS Excel and Power Point
