Software Engineer (Lead)  

As the Lead Engineer, you would be responsible for leading the engineering process of the team, pushing our company to employ world-class engineering practices. Your main goal is to make sure that all of our development projects are met, provide technical solutions to problems presented, develop as needed, and create a best-in-class engineering team employing the most effective frameworks.

You should have an open Github account that we can view, ideally you would have already contributed regularly to the community. You must know Rails and Microservices and have worked on mobile applications, preferably high-usage consumer facing products.

This is an exciting opportunity for Sr. Engineers who want to take a more leadership role but still be able to code.

• At least five years creating web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Have worked with front-end frameworks such as React
• At least six to ten years working experience, ideally in an international SaaS company
• Has a demonstrated abiliy to leads teams and mentor people
• Communicative. Not shy to voice out opinions or question decisions.
• Caring. You are expected to own the products that you are assigned and are working on.
• Curious. You should be always seeking out new things to do that we can improve on.
