Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The person taking this position will be in charge of the following:
- Managing the labor relations, hiring, onboarding, termination and exit processes and requirements that all employees will need and go through.
- Implementing due process for any disciplinary actions that will be taken.
- Managing the government mandated benefits for the employees
Kualifikasi Minimum
We are looking for people with the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in the HR field
- Experience in handling all facets of HR
- Proficient with the end-to-end Employment Process (hiring and onboarding to termination and exit processes)
- Someone who is meticulous, energetic, confident and is capable of dealing with different kinds of people.
