Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Encode accurate data and input all information received into the tracker
- Provide real-time data encoding
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Providing general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
- Ensure customer orders that require shipment are processed
- Monitor and track shipments in transit and ensure timely delivery
- Communicates all customer service concerning issues
- Ensure items for supplier return are processed
- Maintain and update all relevant files to support daily tasks within Products and Operations
- Report and monitor irregularities to Head of Partnerships
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Fresh Graduate of any Business/IT course
- 1 year of work experience in data processing is preferred but not necessary
- Must be able to commence work within a short notice period
- High proficiency in MS Excel and other related software;
- Nice to have, but not mandatory: experience in luxury brands and fashion industry
- Must be able to work individually or in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities;
- Must have good organizational skills
- Fluent in English
