Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the HR Head in Leading the HR team and developing the skills and capabilities of each
- staff members
- Monitors performance, attendance and employee behaviors
- Coordinates Employee Trainings
- Performs other related duties as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Management course, preferably Psychology
- Must have HR Background with adequate working knowledge of a minimum of 5 years
- Must have a solid working experience in all key HR areas preferably from BPO Industry
- Must possess string leadership skills with knowledge in delegating, mentoring and coaching
- Must have a clear understanding of the Philippine Labor Law and its application
- Must have advanced problem-solving skills
- Must gave advanced counseling skills
- Must have a strong verbal and listening communication skills
- Must have above average English Written communication Skills including the ability to prepare
- reports, proposals, policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate sound work ethics
- Must be trustworthy with high level of integrity
- Must have a strong and pleasing personality
- Must have a good analytical skills and good judgement
