Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The overall role of the Collection Associate/Collection Office will be to collect all payments in a timely, amiable and accurate manner. This person will work directly with the Finance & Account Manager and will work closely with the Customer Experience team.
- Reminding clients of outstanding payments
- Updating all information/date regarding payments
- Coordinating with clients to determine the issue
- Communication with Finance team to make any changes to invoices
- Escalating said issues to necessary departments
- Tracking all disputes, issues, concerns and their frequency
- Generating reports based on new and recurring issues
- Provide suggestions for improvements
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- At least 1 year experience in credit and collection
- High to Native English Proficiency
- Interpersonal Skills
- Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
- Phone Ethics
