Merchandise Control Officer  

Screens products to ensure compliance with the Upteam's authenticity and quality standards

• Meticulously review products before making them available to the market for selling
• Coordinate resolution of any inaccuracies found with the Ops processing team
• Assign condition rating for reviewed products following the Upteam's standard
• Help build the knowledge base on products through in-depth research on luxury brands
• Facilitate communication of product knowledge by conducting trainings and addressing daily product inquiries
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to validate doubts and assumptions regarding the authenticity of products

• Possesses a degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or other related qualifications
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• High level of interest on luxury brands and products is a must
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
