IT: Infrastructure Manager  

We are looking for skilled and experienced DevOps to join our team. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and DevSecOps process. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production environments and working effectively in a 24/7 operations context.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure and networking.
• Provide the support on daily operation regarding application support and infrastructure
• Build, release and manage configuration management of infrastructure and application in multiple environments.
• Deploying, automating, maintaining, building and managing On-Prem and Cloud-based production systems.
• Develop and integrate monitoring, logging, dashboard, and alert systems to quickly and proactively prevent or detect errors
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of Infrastructure.
• Within a cross-functional team, collaborate with other engineers specializing in backend services, web frontend, mobile apps, and test automation, as well as product design and ideation.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields from reputable university, or equivalent professional experience
• Master degree is a plus
• At least 8 years of working experience in similar position
• Experienced in serving large bank clients
• Experience in managing teams
• Strong understanding of Linux Operating System
• Strong understanding of Security Best Practices, such as OWASP Top 10
• Experience in Monitoring Tools like New Relic, Grafana, ELK
• Solid understanding of DevOps Philosophy, Agile Methods, and Infrastructure as Code

• Experience in using Versioning Control tool
• Strong background in using containers and container orchestration frameworks like Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience in one or more database technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Elasticsearch, and Kafka
• Understanding of centralized logging system such as ELK stacks
• Experience in Caching solutions, like Redis and Memcached
• Experience in using SIEM tools and the ability to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents in the DevOps environment
• Experience in scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Ansible
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, reviewing infrastructure performance and business needs
• Experience in load test, stress test, and durability test
• Strong understanding of thread modelling, and popular infrastructure tools
• Having International Certification will be preferred
• Willing to Work From Office (Not Hybrid)
