Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct research on clients' necessity to grasp a new business opportunity.
- Understand client outcomes by communicating with clients, analyse client health metrics, analyze, and gather other feedback from clients.
- Represent the voice of the client to provide input into every core product process
- Collaborate with the product and development team to set up or configure a device, software , or platform per clients’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by clients
- Initiate and perform meetings with client or candidate for business opportunity or continuity
- Create and deliver project's contract to client and internal parties

- Develop marketing strategies for company products and give suggestions to company products
- Build a collaborative relationship with our client/candidate
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role. Preferably 2-4 years in Customer Success or Account management experience in a software company.
- The will to learn and understand company products, behaviour, and the work flow.
- Experience building and maintaining relationship while also able to approaceh or make a way to communicate with client candidate or new business opportunity.
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to mitigate churn and drive engagement
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering) to drive the success of clients
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
- Comfort in a startup environment, one who can move in a dynamic environment
- Having meeting with client/candidate even on non-working-hours
